MOT & Servicing
Your vehicle must pass an annual MOT test to prove that it is roadworthy. Our MOT testers will check your car meets the minimum requirements to pass the MOT test and advise you of any faults and defects before making any necessary repairs.
We can conduct three different services on your vehicle: Oil service; Minor service; Major service.
The major and minor services will take place on alternate years and ensure your vehicle is safe, roadworthy and is running efficiently.
The oil service carefully replaces the oil in your vehicle, ensuring it continues to lubricate your engine effectively and reduces wear and tear on its components.
Diagnostic & Electrical Repairs
As all potential problems with vehicles are coded by each manufacturer, repairing your vehicle can be more cost effective than it used to be. RPM Engineering are constantly investing in the most up to date technology, tools and databases covering as many of the vehicle manufacturers as possible to ensure you get the best value for money.
Vehicle Repair
When the team at RPM Engineering service your vehicle, we will endeavour to identify the cause of the problem quickly and efficiently using the latest technology. Once we have determined the cause, we can get to work on fixing your vehicle and getting you back on the road.
Clutches
As with all the parts we use at RPM Engineering car services, when we replace your clutch, we use only the original equipment part – quality components we know will last and will complement the work we do on your vehicle.
Exhausts, Brakes, Tyres, Battery Fitting
When we fix or replace your exhaust, brakes, tyres and battery, you have our guarantee that we will only use quality components.
Our team can replace your exhaust with a wide range of exhausts to suit all budgets.
It is our commitment that we will only use quality brake components, including: Brembo/TRW/Blueprint/Mintext/Apex
We stock a range of quality tyre brands from the Premium Continental tyre to Michellin, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Goodyear and Pirelli.
Our batteries come with a standard three year warranty and we use quality brands – Bosch, Yuasa and Exide. Many of the newer vehicles come with iStop and these vehicles have Absorbent Glass Mat batteries which we are also able to replace.
Gearbox
Our team carry out repairs on automatic and DSG gearboxes. We also offer quality reconditioned automatic and manual gearboxes.
Fabrication
At RPM Engineering, we conduct tig welding, a highly skilled process which enables us to weld exhaust systems in a more precise and effective way. Vehicle fabrication takes place less frequently than in the past as newer vehicles now have fabricated bodies that don’t rust.
